Research interests:

1) Researches on the thermal stability of diffusion barrier film used in integrated circuit copper interconnection and power devices.

2) Researches on the preparation and current-illumination characteristic of plasma display medium protective film.

3) Researches on the microstructure and properties of Surface-conduction electron-emitter display (SED) film.

4) Research on efficient electro-deposition nanocomposite film.

5) Surface enhancement and modification for Al alloy cylinders.

6) Surface coating techniques for corrosion or wear resistance films preparation used in mould and cutting tool.

7) Development of high-performance high voltage electrical contact composite materials.
