Research interests:

1.         Nanomaterial and heterogeneous structure fabrication, especially the aluminum-based, Nickle-based alloys, and steels

2.         High strength lightweight metals design

3.         Grain boundary engineering for metal mechanical and thermal properties

4.         Deformation physics of nanotwin and heterogeneous structures

5.         Advanced microstructure and analytical material characterization in terms of HRSTEM, iDPC, 4DSTEM, EELS
