Research interests:

Ø  Device physics of Organic Photovoltaics (OPV)

•           Contact physics: Ohmic contact transition, Soft Fermi pinning, electrochemistry and light induced Ohmic contact, contact selectivity, n-doped electron collection polymer

•           Device physics: doping assisted exciton separation, asymmetric doping for balanced carrier collection, low light edge effect

•           Morphology control

Ø  Device physics of Organic Electrochemical Transistors (OECT), novel Memristors and Sensors

•           My current research works include novel OECT device structure, OECT sensors (light, pressure, temperature, selective ion), artificial neuron, artificial synapse, integrated sensor and memristor systems
