1. Low dimensional mesoscopic quantum system material, device’s
Electromagnetic acousto-optic elementary excitation and quantum transport
theory
2. Simulations of Low dimensional mesoscopic quantum system
material and device ( ab-initio，micro-magnetic，compact ).
3. EMMI growth technology and physical characterization (Tesla
higher magnetic field, femtosecond laser excitation, STM, MFM and FMR) of new
material (grapheme, topology insulator, MX2 and magnetic ultrathin film).
4. Development of quantum device below 5nm.
5. Design, optimization and applied technology of quantum
computing, brain-like computing and storage system.
6. Investigation and development of magnetic biological medical
microfluidic testing system.
